Droog brings together luxury products with a twist—classics, brand new products and products that are yet to come…
The current climate has caused us to reconsider our notions of luxury. Beauty has been side-lined in favour of austerity and practicality. But sustainability does not always have to mean austerity. As co-founder of Amsterdam based design studio Droog, Renny Ramakers, stated: “Products with a rich identity, products with fantasy, products we can have a bond with, are all products that are not easily thrown away, and that become less disposable.”
The first new product in line with this philosophy was the Too beautiful to hide – hot water bottle launched last year. Now Droog presents All in one carpets; one design creating a whole range of carpets of different sizes and patterns, to be used in different settings.
A 14 piece carpet to suit every room and taste, it is designed to completely cover a 36 m2 space. Select your favourite, or piece some of them together to make larger configurations.
