This home is situated in a highly sought-after leafy suburb of Cape Town, right in the hub of the city’s Southern Suburbs, superbly located close to excellent schools and upmarket shopping centres.
A complete renovation of this dated double-storey home is what this family decided to do. They felt it would be easier than purchasing a new property, with possible renovations needed anyway. The end goal was to create a single-storey family home with a larger footprint, more efficient use of space, modernised services and highlighted security.
