This home was previously badly damaged by fire and it took a mammoth renovation to reconstruct 95% of the property. The owner, also the interior designer, undertook to transform this home into just what he required.
The generous property is built on four levels. The lower ground floor connects at street level and accommodates off-street parking, a double garage, a storeroom and the main entrance. The upper ground floor houses the entertainment level including a large deck, a split-level pool, a bar and a lounge.
