A residential estate offering their dream home and lifestyle was what this family was looking for when deciding on their forever home. They started from scratch and were extremely hands-on, managing the build themselves.
The family wanted a modern, north-facing house, with lots of natural light, double-volume spaces and windows, and natural design elements such as steel, wood and cladding stones. “We have big folding doors around our kitchen, lounge and patio as a way of incorporating outdoor and indoor living,” the owner says.
