The owner wanted a home that would accommodate children and grandchildren, which is why many of the features – from the swimming pool with its smooth tiles to the easy-to-clean fabric on the daybeds – have been carefully considered. “We tried to keep the property as natural and comfortable as possible, while still securing the safety of the younger grandchildren,” says the owner.
Only the guest bedrooms are upstairs. This family makes the most of the living spaces downstairs. “I specifically designed this property so my children can come and visit and if they don’t feel like driving, they can stay over for the night.
