Contemporary in looks, the home takes its inspiration from the incredible sea views beyond. To make the most of the outside seascape, the owners wanted a property that would maximise natural light and evoke a sense of calmness. “Waking up to the beautiful views of the coastline and abundant natural light from the skylights was a key desire,” explains the owner, adding that the overarching aim was to blend a modern design with a family-oriented feel, “ensuring each family member has a personal space to call their own”.
A big part of the interior design leans towards the ocean outside, with spaces that are reflective in nature. There is a fish tank – a stunning centrepiece that beautifully complements the ocean views, the selected wallpaper, the turquoise blue tiles in the master bedroom and the orca whale mural at the pool.
