The design of this home was driven by the arrangement of distinct wings, each serving different functions while maintaining a cohesive look throughout. The initial brief called for space and privacy as central elements, together with the need for the property to accommodate a wide variety of purposes and living arrangements, all contained within one home.
The architect explains that, given this complexity, a modern contemporary design approach was the best solution, as it offered the unparalleled flexibility to resolve these requirements effectively. “Long facades and carefully positioned openings extend the internal spaces outward, blurring the boundary between the home and its courtyards. This approach not only enhances openness, but also reinforces privacy, allowing each space to feel both connected and secluded where needed,” elaborates the architect.
