Like all the units in this development, this home has been created to show off distinctive architecture, fine finishes and trendy and stylish decor.
According to the development specifications, the eight units had to be designed with a strong Balinese influence and all of the homes show off authentic Bali-inspired architecture.
Some of the key architectural features and highlights of this home include the use of shutters, stone bases, batted columns, large eave overhangs, window openings, dominating roofs, large verandahs and an abundance of natural materials and earthy tones.
Dark woods complement a natural colour palette and splashes of bold hues have been added through the inclusion of soft furnishings such as rugs and scatter cushions. In keeping with the Balinese appeal, the rooms have been designed in a minimalist style. This creates spaces where movement is made easy.
