The farm-style theme of the estate, on which they built their dream home, was a theme that they found immensely attractive. Having worked closely with the architect, who is also a family friend, the home owners received a home that resembles a chic farm-style dwelling with a modern twist.
When it came to decorating this impressive abode, the owner was responsible for choosing the decor items herself. “I wanted an earthy look and went from decor shop to decor shop until I found the items that I liked,” says the owner. The home owner found some of the most delightful decor pieces that truly create a unique, comfortable and aesthetically appealing ambience.
Two of her favourite rooms in the home are the kitchen, where the family spends most of the time around the fireplace in winter, and the patio and pool area.
Apart from the sterling architecture, magnificent fittings and fixtures as well as the lifestyle that this home offers its residents, the family as well as its guests also have access to the golf course and the dairy farm on the estate, and this is guaranteed to give them memorable family outings at any time of the year.
