What advice do you have for other women starting out in this industry?
My advice to women starting out in the curtains and blinds industry is to stay persistent and never accept “no” as the final answer. Women often have to work twice as hard to earn recognition and build a reputation, but that resilience is what sets us apart. Keep pushing beyond barriers and gatekeepers – your passion and determination are your greatest assets. Believe in your vision, stay humble and remember that every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger. Trust in your skills, continue learning and never underestimate the power of your voice. The industry needs your unique perspective, and with perseverance, you can carve out a space where your talent and leadership inspire others to follow.
