The first time the owner visited the open site where the proposed development was taking place, she fell in love instantly. The breathtaking view reminded her of home – the rolling hills and vast openness of the Eastern Cape. “It spoke to something deep within me,” she says.
Purchasing off-plan allowed her to tailor the home to fit her exact needs. With the expert guidance of her interior designer, she was able to create a layout that suited her preferences. “We chose to enclose the verandah, transforming it into a formal dining area while retaining the sweeping views through stackable doors. My designer understood my lifestyle and helped create a space that reflects it perfectly,” the owner recalls.
