This spacious home on a private estate in the Cape is built around the pool area, with stacking doors that recede into the walls when open. “We can open up the whole house,” says the home owner, who moved from an estate in Gauteng to build her dream home.
Since the move from the metropolis, the owner is enjoying a sense of safety and security and the large open spaces, surrounded by nature, the mountains and a river. “It helps us feel safe, secure and grounded,” she says.
