Flanked by forest and with sweeping views, this double-storey home in a private estate on the Garden Route, has the wow factor the owner was looking for. “This is a modern home design, it is spectacular and elegant,” says the home owner. “We are adjacent to a forest, so wherever I go in the property, I get spectacular views.“
During the planning of the home, the owner asked for design ideas from each member of the family. There’s a home cinema, a lift, and a rooftop terrace. “Space for the whole family,” she says. “I did not encounter any difficulties during the build. I had a good contractor, a good architect, and a good interior designer.”
