After living in their home for 15 years, the owners decided it was time to give their much-loved property a fresh look. “We love the area because it is close to shopping centres and school, and the home has sentimental value,” says the home owner, a businesswoman with two daughters.
The owner and her husband decided to add value to the property by renovating rather than moving. “A home is a space where I can raise my children with a garden where we can spend quality time as a family. I see our home as an investment for myself and our family,” she says.
