Existing large trees attracted the home owners to this property at the viewing. The vibrant, leafy green trees contribute to the overall feel of the home, garden and outdoor entertainment area.
The home owners opted to keep some of the existing property’s main walls, levelled the rest and extended the home’s footprint to include a new wing. The brief for the remodel and renovation was simple: a modern, spacious and comfortable abode for the couple, their three children and two pets.
“We’re enjoying the more ‘compact’ flow that a double-storey residence offers,” says the owner. “We all live really well downstairs in terms of relaxing and entertainment, and we have the privacy of the bedrooms upstairs.”
