It was the beauty of the location that attracted the home owners. As a semi-tropical nature estate, the variety of trees, fauna and flora is definitely a luring factor, as it offers birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts an opportunity to safely enjoy the beautiful landscape and its inhabitants.
In addition, the owners loved the elevated nature of the plot. He explains: “It is located 250m higher than our previous home in Nelspruit. This means that it is 2°C to 4°C cooler. But more importantly, there is a constant breeze, which does a lot for comfort in summer.”
