Having the South African bush and the advantage of healthy living on their doorstep is a dream come true for these home owners. “We love the feel of this estate – it feels like we are not in the city. It’s relaxed, secure and spacious with the outdoors environment just outside our front door. We have walking and cycling trails for about 30km, linking the country and lifestyle estates.
“There is also an abundance of wildlife such as jackals, leopard tortoises, hares and a variety of birdlife and to top it all off we also have the Mall of Africa, a hospital, a convenient shopping centre and a major nursery on our doorstep,” say the home owners.
They were looking to create a home that was modern but still had a homely feel. They opted for greys and whites, a cement feel and look for the roof tiles, combined with laminate wood flooring in the bedrooms and top section of the home and large windows allowing for an abundance of natural light and sun to flood into the home.
