Clean lines

This home owner was looking for a property with a modern, clean design that also allowed for the inclusion of technology. He worked with the architects and builders on the project to achieve his vision.

“I was living in an apartment, but I wanted to build a home in a secure estate that had more space than my apartment. There was also the appeal of the various activities available on the estate, and the lure of wildlife living within it,” he says. “What I love about this estate is the wildlife and hiking trails. Being on a game reserve means I get to see wildlife in my backyard.”
