A little slice of the Greek islands right here in South Africa. That was the vision for this home. And the final residence is polished and full of Mediterranean charm – the perfect place for the home owners to raise their young family.
“We wanted it to feel like our own getaway where we could slow down and breathe,” explains the home owner. “It was important to us to have the home reflect our roots while also being relaxed and comfortable for our family.”
The kitchen is the heart of the home, one of the first aspects guests see when they enter, and a place that sets the tone for the rest of the residence. The open-plan entertainment area is bright and airy, and a fireplace, positioned in the centre of the space, creates a focal point that adds to the Mediterranean look and feel.
