The owner was hands-on with both the architect and builder from the beginning of this new build. “We wanted the feeling of spaciousness and requested a double-volume lounge and dining area, and cavity doors to allow the freedom to change the space. Most importantly, we wanted an indoor-outdoor living environment that was designed to be uncluttered and of modern, clean lines.”
