When planning the refurbishment of this property, the owners went for a look that merged old and new to create a unique family home.
The property is on a “stunning stand” in an established private golf estate, and when the owners came across it they decided to renovate before moving in.
It was an ambitious project involving the removal of a wall between the casual lounge and the kitchen. This required a massive beam and serious engineering, says the home owner.
