This family found their perfect location, but a total rebuild was necessary for them to acquire the space they needed. Extensions began in the kitchen and living areas, which ultimately had a knock-on effect, resulting in the addition of a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The family lived on the property for some years before deciding to renovate. Their decision was an easy one as the estate suited their lifestyle perfectly. Safety, security and accessibility to work were key factors in their decision to stay. And, of course, with the man of the house being a keen golfer, it was a done deal.
