The appeal for the home owner was the area. “I was attracted to the ease of travelling to my son’s school as well as to the running routes the area has to offer, as I’m an avid runner,” the owner says. Having purchased one of three of the upmarket townhouses on a sub-divided property, the home owner has put her own stamp of glamour onto her personal unit. Her love of the arts and fine furniture make this home stand out.

A home central to the mountain, sea and city centre, it seemed perfect for this young family. The owner bought the property as a four-bedroomed, four-bathroomed home. However, she converted the downstairs bedroom into a music room and installed the Tretchikof inspired wallpaper there. “I wanted to take the bedroom feeling away,” she explains.
