TIER Optima delivers durable, stylish glue-down flooring

As interior trends continue to embrace natural aesthetics alongside long-lasting performance, more specifiers and home owners are seeking flooring solutions that are both beautiful and durable. TIER’s new Optima glue-down vinyl flooring range meets this growing demand, extending the brand’s reputation for high-performance composite flooring.

Cost-effective and easy to install

The new range complements TIER’s Classic and Element click-system flooring collections, providing a more cost-effective and easy-to-apply alternative. Highly durable, TIER Optima is suitable for both residential and commercial spaces.

Natural looks, lasting performance

TIER Optima features an EIR embossed finish in a selection of on-trend natural wood-look colours, combined with the long-term performance expected from TIER. The flooring is heat-, fade- and water-resistant, as well as impact-resistant. It is also warmer underfoot than ceramic tiles, making it a practical choice for upgrading homes, offices, hospitality venues and other commercial spaces.

Designed for renovations

The TIER Optima profile has a total thickness of 2.50mm, comprising a 2.00mm compression core layer featuring the wood-grain décor film and a 0.50mm commercial-grade balancing wear layer. The textured underside of the core ensures maximum adhesion to both floors and walls.

This makes Optima particularly well suited to renovations, whether for residential makeovers, feature walls or commercial upgrades where downtime and dust need to be minimised.

Find your perfect finish

A visualiser on the TIER website makes it easy to see how the flooring will look in your space. Available in five colours – Golden Harvest Oak, Washed Oak Pecan, Reclaimed Barn Fir, Dark Truffle Oak and Feather Oak Grey – users can simply upload a photograph or choose from standard room scenes to visualise their preferred TIER Optima finish.
