The south coast of KwaZulu-Natal is known for its lush landscapes and tropical climate. With the abundance of green areas, building a home that takes advantage of the location is a drawcard in this part of the coast. Like this property, for example, which is situated in the Bahari Bay Estate.
The estate offers several erven with amazing large indigenous trees. It was through the connection to these trees that the “Tree House” concept was developed with a contemporary lifestyle design in mind. To get the full benefit of the thriving coastal vegetation, the design concept also leans towards the upside-down living trend that sees the kitchen, dining area and lounge located upstairs, with the more private spaces downstairs.
