As a woman, what do you bring that is unique to the industry?
Empathy and softness. I have a deep passion for families and my work allows me to connect with clients and help them live better in their homes.
How do you celebrate other women in the home décor and design industry?
By connecting and collaborating with them and celebrating them whenever I can.
How do you celebrate yourself?
I take the time to pause, reflect and celebrate the journey and the accomplishments I have achieved so far.
What advice do you have for other women starting out in this industry?
Trust the process, don’t take shortcuts. Everything works out in the end.
A woman to me is … someone who knows who they are and therefore speaks and acts authentically.
