What do you love about being a woman in your specific industry?
I love the dynamic nature of this industry – no two days are the same. As a woman, I bring finesse and relationship-focused leadership to a space that’s often seen as technical or rigid. I thrive on seeing a vision come to life through collaboration, creativity and real human connection.
What are some of the highlights that you have experienced so far?
Building a full turnkey company from the ground up has been a major highlight. I’ve had the privilege of working on extraordinary projects with top clients and forming deep partnerships with trade and manufacturing teams. Seeing clients walk into a finished space and light up with joy – that’s everything.
A woman to me is … a force of intuition, grace and quiet power. She creates, leads, nurtures and builds – often all at once. She adapts without losing herself and lifts others as she grows. A woman is grounded in strength, inspired by beauty and driven by purpose.
