According to the home owner, this property is a practical, technological and very unusual home offering phenomenal ocean views. She explains how she went about the design, mentioning that she set out to accomplish a few things when arranging the floor plan while doing her best to adhere to the guidelines. “I aimed to make the most efficient use of the space by designing a home that would be able to accommodate a large family while also allowing different generations to live side by side in separate ‘mini’ flats.”
The finished product, she adds, includes a study room, five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and four separate living areas.
