Homes reflect who you are and so it is worthwhile investing in one. Situated in Helderfontein Estate, north of Johannesburg, the inspiration behind the creation of this showhouse was multipronged – it needed to offer luxury estate living with an environmental touch, have an open-plan living concept, provide a high-tech and futuristic design and offer its residents all the benefits of community living, including safety.
In keeping with the brief, this particular showhouse won the award for best technology at the Helderfontein Home Show in 2024 – a testament to the high-tech design it offers. The property is also entirely sustainable and has been created as the perfect residence for a contemporary couple who enjoys unique living spaces.
