The owners of this French-style home were just about ready to give up looking when they discovered this house in an upmarket estate, and to their delight it had all the qualities they desired and more.
The owner explains that to her the ideal home is one that is warm and inviting with four bedrooms, all en suite, a practical layout with a spacious entertainment area, as well as good quality finishes. It is also of importance to this family that they are located close to good schools.
The modern French style of the structure was accentuated by the decor. When it came to adding the final touches of interior decor, the discerning home owner sought the skill and experienced advice of an interior designer. This helped with the addition of a few pieces of furniture, framing and paintings. She found this a rewarding experience, and the team had a great time finding the right balance and putting it all together. “It is easy to get set in your old ways and it is always inspiring to get some fresh ideas,” explains the home owner. The decor also incorporated the existing pieces of furniture as they had sentimental value.
Being situated in an estate plays a vital role in making this a dream family home – as it is secure and centrally located. This is a habitat where children can ride their bicycles to schools and visit friends within the estate.
