This is a home that can be enjoyed as a quiet getaway for two just as easily as it can host a crowd for a busy weekend, with areas to congregate and retreat for a quiet moment away. A few factors saw the need for a complete and extensive renovation, which included removing the outdated and poorly positioned structural elements impeding the views and creating a complex maze of passages and rooms.
For starters, the family wanted to create a home away from home that would allow them to comfortably accommodate the family of 10, spanning three generations, and still have space for additional guests to stay overnight. The other important factor was that the home needed to capitalise on the stunning ocean views and the property’s location. With this in mind, the renovated residence is now everything the owners wanted and more.
