What do you love about your profession?
I love being part of the moment when our team transforms a wall into more than just a surface; it becomes a feature, a feeling, and part of someone’s story. I also love that this industry allows me to combine creativity, people, design and problem-solving every day.
What legacy would you like to leave in the industry?
I hope to inspire more women to take up space in industries that have traditionally been male-dominated, and to lead with both strength and heart. Raising the standard for textured wall finishes in South Africa to showcase how local craftsmanship can stand proudly alongside international design.
What is your life affirmation that you live by daily?
Colour is only the beginning. Texture is the story.
What is the one book that you recommend every woman needs to read?
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. It is a beautiful reminder to follow your own path, trust the journey, and listen to the quiet voice inside you that knows where you are meant to go.
A woman to me is … powerful, intuitive, creative and resilient. She can be soft and strong at the same time, and she can turn every vision into a gloriously wonderful reality!
