Decor Identity offers full-service interior design and décor for the residential, commercial and hospitality markets. The company also provides custom manufacturing and owns a retail store, Vivere, which showcases bespoke furniture and unique décor.
What are some of the highlights that you have experienced so far? There have been so many special moments, from seeing my designs published to building lasting relationships with clients. But, honestly, the biggest highlight is always that final reveal, when a client walks into their finished space and it just feels right. That feeling never gets old.
As a woman, what do you bring that is unique to the industry?
I bring a thoughtful, layered approach, balancing function, comfort and elegance. I think women have a natural ability to understand how a space should feel as much as how it should look. It’s about creating something that works for real life while still feeling elevated.
How do you celebrate yourself?
Quiet mornings with coffee, slow weekends at home, fresh flowers in my kitchen – it’s these small, intentional moments that I use to fill my cup. I also try to take time to step back and appreciate the work I’ve done, even in the busiest seasons.
What advice do you have for other women starting out in this industry?
Don’t rush the process. Be open to learning and trust your eye. Your unique style and way of doing things are your biggest strengths so lean into them.
A woman to me is … strong, intuitive and creative. She’s capable of building, nurturing, leading – and doing it all with heart and grace.
