What do you love about your profession?
The fact that we get to make our clients’ homes more beautiful with our craftsmanship.
What legacy would you like to leave in the industry?
I would like to make an impact by creating an elite, high-end brand that is known to offer great craftsmanship while being a reputable, established business. My biggest goal is service, to leave a lasting impact once we are done with a project.
How do you celebrate other women in the home industry?
It is amazing to see other woman in my industry in their roles, because I personally know how much harder we have to work to be respected in this industry and to build technical trust. As a young business owner, it is always personal, and I always make it my goal to support other women in business, not only in the home industry, but also in all industries.
What is the one book that you recommend every woman needs to read?
I am not a big reader; I follow podcasts and watch a lot of videos of successful entrepreneurs, such as Brian Luebben and his wife Nathalia Lopez who host the podcast Action Academy. Their relationship reminds me of the relationship my husband and I share – husband and wife as well as business partners. I also follow Leila Hormozi and her podcast Build with Hormozi, which is also a business-related podcast in collaboration with her husband. Through the podcasts, I learn the rawness of closing deals, making mistakes and handling big corporate disputes and challenges in every aspect.
A woman to me is … superwoman. We are so gifted in all the challenges we face. We are capable of anything. We are built for emotional support and built to run companies. We are built to adapt, to dream big, be strong and succeed.
