What do you love about your profession?
I love helping people create homes they truly love. Flooring is the foundation of every space, and the right floor has the power to completely transform the way a home looks and feels. I am passionate about guiding clients to find bespoke engineered oak finishes that reflect their lifestyle, personality and vision. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client fall in love with a space we’ve helped create together.
What legacy would you like to leave in the industry?
I would like to be remembered for my passion, integrity and commitment to excellence. Beyond selling a product, I hope I have inspired people to appreciate quality craftsmanship and timeless design. I would also love to leave a legacy of encouraging more women to step into leadership roles and pursue their ambitions with confidence.
Who or what has been your inspiration throughout your life?
I have always been inspired by people who pursue excellence with humility. Whether it is an entrepreneur, a mentor, a designer or someone quietly making a difference in the lives of others, I admire those who lead with passion, resilience, kindness and authenticity.
What is your life affirmation that you live by daily?
“Do everything with passion and purpose.” When you genuinely love what you do and approach life with intention, success becomes a natural byproduct. Passion inspires excellence, and purpose gives it meaning.
If your life were a movie title, what would it be?
The Pursuit of Happiness. Its most famous quotes centre on themes of resilience, protecting your dreams and taking action to change your circumstances.
What’s the one thing that makes you get out of bed in the morning?
The opportunity to make a difference. Every day brings a chance to inspire someone, help a client create their dream home, support my team, and continue growing both personally and professionally. That sense of possibility motivates me every morning.
A woman to me is … strong, resilient, compassionate and capable of extraordinary things. She has the ability to lead with grace, inspire through her actions and create positive change wherever she goes. A woman is both powerful and nurturing, ambitious and kind – often all at the same time.
