What do you love about your profession?
Meeting new people, working closely with clients and suppliers alike. Building great personal relationships, being creative, crafting beautiful spaces and seeing the impact of design and vision coming to life. Renovating a space and seeing the impact of your hard work. Changing lives … there really is so much to love!
What legacy would you like to leave in the industry?
For me, it is authenticity and being true to my morals and standards. Shining light and love through interior design, being truthful and honest in all I do, working hard, giving my all – always. And, of course, leaving clients with practical, functional spaces that change the way they live and work by creating a desirable atmosphere in a space.
How do you celebrate other women in the home industry?
Collaboration! I support them, work with them – whether it is purchasing their products, liking or sharing their work on social media or just rooting for them – there is enough sun to shine for all of us. I love seeing other women win in life.
If your life were a movie title, what would it be?
Grace!
What’s the one thing that makes you get out of bed in the morning?
My family is my why. They are the driving force behind all I do. My gift and passion for interior design and this industry that I absolutely love and adore – and of course – a Platō Flat White!
A woman to me is … brave, strong, loving, caring and supporting. She is encouraging and sees the light shine for all.
