Coconut Lemon Ice Pops

Summer is the perfect time to try these delicious ice pops!

Made from a combination of creamy coconut and lemon, they are rather decadent but totally worth it. So take a trip to a tropical island with these fun, refreshing and mouth-watering summer pops!

Ingredients:

Makes 10 pops

1 tin condensed milk

1 tin coconut milk

½ cup lemon/lime juice – freshly squeezed

Recipe:

1 Mix all the ingredients together and pour into ice pop moulds.

2 Freeze for 6 -8 hours.

3 Place in boiling water for 10 seconds to unmould.
